Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices or product prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering if you're unsure.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@getbitplate.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period, or if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@getbitplate.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they've been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
