BitPlate Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your BitPlate. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email works)

To start a return, email us at hello@getbitplate.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll provide the return address once your return is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged, defective, or wrong? Contact us at hello@getbitplate.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please make sure you're happy with your selection before placing your order. If you're unsure which product is right for you, reach out to us at hello@getbitplate.com before purchasing and we'll help you choose.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used (pins that have been inserted into a faceplate are considered used unless they arrived defective)

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@getbitplate.com.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The same condition requirements apply. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
